A few words about us

The course of the technical office begins in 1999 through the individual activity of the Mechanical Engineer Nikolaos Tsounis and until today has successfully undertaken numerous projects in the field of electromechanical studies & installations throughout Greece.

Indicatively, the participation in the construction of large buildings and other projects of high requirements with the largest construction companies of the area, such as the construction of the medium voltage network of the Olympic Stadium complex and the responsibility of its operation during the 2004 Olympic Games, most recently the renovation and expansion of Corfu Airport in the position of the head of all electro-mechanical works of the project.

At the same time, we have carried out a number of studies on the licensing of the construction of residential and business buildings and the licensing of business operations. For more than fifteen years we undertake technical security services in companies of any size, private or public interest.

Since 2011, as a Certified Energy Inspector, we have carried out numerous energy inspections of buildings with the issuance of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for inclusion in the "saving" programs of homes or for any other use required, as well as inspections of boilers and air conditioning.
